A tribute to Jazz, my Weimaraner

On Monday, Memorial Day 2020, my beloved dog Jazz, almost 14, passed away. To listen and see this tribute on video, use this link: https://www.facebook.com/130646200281786/posts/3355680904444950/

Love is what he gave unconditionally, his

Loss has hit me hard but I know he’s surrounded by

Light in his little patch of dog heaven, but the

Loneliness lying in bed without his giant Weimaraner body holding me in

Lockdown so he’d know if I moved or got up. He was my bodyguard with no

Limit to his devotion and his goofiness provided much

Laughter in my world. On holidays, he’d wear his gold

Lame collar and greet folks at the door. His

Leadership was from his devotedness to me, his pack leader and his

Legacy will live on forever in my heart. His ashes will grow the

Lilac bush in the garden and its sweet smell will bring his memory to

Life.
