U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk said Mifepristone was unsafe and said the FAA shouldn’t have made it legal. Well, okay. Then why don’t we bring another case — a case challenging the FAA’s approval of Viagra?

After all, Viagra has a death rate nearly 10 times more than mifepristone. That’s a really dangerous drug, isn’t it Judge Kacsmaryk?

So let’s please…some smart lawyer out there should file a case in Texas so it comes before this judge. Ah…then he’ll have an issue “come up” that might give him pause.
